New G 6000 EASY / PRO electronic production line at our factory

Our production takes another step forward. At our factory in Thessaloniki we have installed a new electronic bonding line from the Italian manufacturer Gruppo Grassi, one of the world’s leading makers of mattress-manufacturing machinery.

Why it matters

Bonding the layers is one of the most critical stages in building a mattress. It is what holds the materials properly together — not only on day one, but after years of daily use.

The new line applies the adhesive in a controlled amount and with a consistent pattern, tailored to each mattress type. The result is layers that do not shift and do not create hard spots over time.

What it means for you

For our customers: every mattress that comes off the line has the same build quality. Precision does not depend on the shift or the day — it is consistent.

For our partners: we can meet larger order volumes without compromising on quality. Whether it is refreshing a single store or equipping an entire hotel, delivery times become more predictable and uniformity across the whole order is guaranteed.
